Our School Rules and Expectations

Welcome to ABEM Academy. To provide a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment, all students and parents are expected to follow the school's rules and regulations, promoting discipline, responsibility, and academic excellence.

School Hours

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for student success and maintaining productive learning environment

  • School Schedule & Drop-Off 

Classes begin promptly at 2:00 LT AM and end at 9:00 LT PM, Monday through Friday. Students may arrive starting at 7:30 AM and must be picked up no later than  PM.

  • Tardiness & Reporting Absences

Students arriving after 2 :00 AM LT must report to the main office for a late pass. Parents/guardians must notify the school  via email or phone call if a student will be absent.

School Uniform & Dress Code

Our uniform policy promotes unity, discipline, and a sense of belonging among ABEM Academy students while maintaining a neat and appropriate appearance throughout the school day.

  • Every day School Uniform

Students are required to wear the official ABEM Academy school uniform and keep it clean and tidy. All students should wear appropriate school shoes and maintain a neat appearance in accordance with the school’s dress code.

  • Physical Education & Activity Attire

Students should wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes during physical education classes and sports activities. Any additional clothing or safety equipment required for specific activities must be worn as instructed by teachers

Parent Responsibilities & Pickup

Strong cooperation between parents and ABEM Academy helps ensure students' safety, well-being, and academic success.

  • Communication & Pickup Procedures

Parents should stay informed about school updates and follow the school’s student drop-off and pickup procedures.

  • Parent Meetings & Involvement

Parents are encouraged to attend scheduled meetings, communicate with teachers, and actively support their children’s learning and development.

Student Conduct & Discipline

ABEM Academy promotes a safe, respectful, and disciplined learning environment where students develop good character and responsibility.

  • Respectful Behavior & Responsibility

Students are expected to treat teachers, classmates, and school staff with respect and kindness. Bullying, fighting, disruptive behavior, and disrespectful language are not acceptable. Students must follow school rules and teachers’ instructions at all times.

  • Disciplinary Measures & Accountability

Students are expected to take responsibility for their actions and understand the importance of following school regulations. Misconduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with ABEM Academy’s policies, with the aim of encouraging positive behavior and personal growth.
